Sparks Sharks are Always Moving Forward!

Mrs. Schmelz is one of our third grade teachers here at Sparks!! Mrs. Schmelz grew up in Lutherville, MD. She never wanted to be anything else than a teacher! She was very athletic as a kid and loved Physical Education class. She is a Mathematician!!!! She loves teaching kids how to read, and loves playing with her dogs, Lucy and Sally. She has two kids Scott (18) and Caitlin (13). She has always wanted to go to all 50 states and visit Europe! She also loves doing all outdoor activities like jogging, gardening, and going to exercise classes!!!! One cool thing about Mrs. Schmelz is that she has run a ½ marathon and has been bike riding in Hawaii!!! We are very happy to have Mrs. Schmelz to here at Sparks!!!!!!
