If you didn't already know, Denise Ashley Baylor is one of the #1 teachers at Sparks Elementary School. To the students she is better known as Ms Baylor. She is one of the two kinderga

rten teachers. This college graduate got her teaching degree from Elizabethtown College. When Ms Baylor was a child, she didn't have any interest in being a teacher. Her focus was on being an artist. That certainly changed. The thing that she is most proud of in her life has to do with her teaching. Considering she grew up in Pennsylvania, Ms. Baylor is most proud of how she had the courage to leave her family in PA to come and teach in Maryland. She says that the most challenging thing about teaching is making sure she is helping her students at different levels. She became a teacher because she likes working with kids and watching them grow. As a child, her hobbies and interests were drawing,, and music. These haven't changed. The most shocking thing that has happened to Ms Baylor in her life was when she unexpectedly won an art contest in high school. The only sibling that she has is a younger sister. She has been to France and Spain. Ms Baylor's life contains a lot of fun and adventure!!!
